We seek properties that have the right combination of Price, Location and Condition. Our search includes MLS, off market and auction lists for single family or multi family buildings.

Creative Financing
We secure financing from banking institutions, private lenders or directly from the seller. For each property we form an LLC which includes all vested partners.

Renovation & Property Management
Once a property is acquired, we handle all renovations from cosmetic to gut renovations. After completion, we market the property, select tenants and handle the upkeep.
