Phoenix Rising.

Taylor Phoenix is the first joint venture property for Casierge founders Ray & Sarah. Purchased in 2020, the property was meant to be a turn-key operation with minimal cosmetic upgrades, however a fire nearly ended our plans. Rather than sell the burnt husk of a building, we decided to gut both floors, rebuild the roof and reinforce the attic floor. Renovations were completed in the summer of 2023. With the attic studio apartment, we have 3 occupied and cash flowing units.
