This abandoned property was nestled between two owner occupied homes in an up and coming neighborhood in Southwest Detroit. Sarah bid on the property sight unseen and won! In 2020 we began renovating the second floor unit while living in it. Once the second floor was renovated, we repeated the process and started on the first floor remodel. Both units had tenants and signed leases while the paint was still drying.
